The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) and the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) are looking for youth, ages 13 to 20 years old, to take an anonymous online survey. The online survey will help implement the Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) grant.

The survey asks about access to sexual and reproductive health services, school-based sexual health education, and attitudes and beliefs about sexual health education.

It is imperative that youth read and understand the questions we are asking and the reasons why before taking the survey. If participants ask for resources, you can direct them to this list of youth friendly resources.

This survey is offered in 5 languages: English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian, and Ukrainian. All youth participants who complete the WYSH survey can enter their first name and email into a separate survey to be entered into a lottery drawing to win 1 of 625 – $20.00 Tango.com gift cards. Odds of winning are estimated at 1 winner out of every 3 participants.

The COVID-19 vaccine is now available to all Washington residents ages 12 and up! If you or a loved one have not yet been vaccinated, there’s an easy way to find vaccinations near you!
